Amina Demir is an international executive with 20 years experience navigating complex cross-border environments, specializing in sustainable strategy, risk management and institutional advisory. Over the past decade, she has focused on developing compliant philanthropic solutions for private donors, financial institutions and global organizations. Combining regulatory awareness with strategy, she helps clients navigate markets with confidence and integrity. Converting capital into compassion.

Raised in Switzerland by an African American mother and a Kurdish father, Amina brings a uniquely multicultural perspective to her work. Her international upbringing has fostered a deep understanding of the social, cultural and historical dynamics that influence donor trends.

Amina is currently pursuing her Juris Doctor at DePaul University College of Law; her legal expertise complements her knowledge of global regulatory frameworks and the cultural and geopolitical factors impacting donor engagement. She holds professional certifications in Donor-Advised Funds (DAFs) and Sustainable Investing, strengthening her expertise in modern philanthropic structures, ESG-aligned giving and emerging markets. 

She graduated cum laude with a degree in History, specializing in African American History since 1845. She maintains institutional access to the United Nations and is an active member of the American Historical Association, the International Bar Association and the International Law Society.
